In this episode, my guest Dr. Cynthia Corbett and I discuss the recent surge in the incidence of anxiety in children and adolescents. We discuss what we perceive as triggers for this increase.  Dr. Corbett goes into detail regarding strategies that she employs in her office to help children deal with their problems and re-establish self-regulation.
